Products sold on Inclusivemotion.com are specialized mobility and assistive devices.
Customers are responsible for:

• measuring doorways, hallways, vehicles, and spaces to ensure proper fit
• ensuring the user can safely operate or be assisted with the equipment
• reading and following all manufacturer safety instructions before first use
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect measurements, misunderstanding of functionality, improper operation, or change of mind.
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance.
We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including inaccurate information, suspected fraud, stock limitations, or failure to verify identity.

Freight shipments cannot be stopped while in transit.

Packages refused or abandoned due to unpaid import fees cannot be refunded.

Warranty claims require documentation (photos, videos, serial numbers, etc.) and must follow the official process. Warranty coverage does not include misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or damage occurring after delivery.
Our Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy govern all requests.

Returns are limited to cases where the product is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the description on our Site.

Submitting false or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions, reporting to payment processors or authorities, and additional action if necessary.
Inclusivemotion does not manufacture the products sold on the Site.
All products are manufactured by third-party suppliers. Specifications, safety details, certifications, and warranties originate from these manufacturers.
We ensure the product matches the description at the time of sale based on information provided by the supplier.
We are not responsible for design changes, production delays, or manufacturer variations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inclusivemotion is not liable for:
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• loss of data, revenue, or use
• personal injury resulting from misuse or unsafe operation
• delays caused by third-party carriers or customs
• assembly or service call costs
• damage resulting from negligence or failure to follow instructions
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.
Products must be used only as directed by the manufacturer.
Improper use, modifications, exceeding weight limits, or unsupervised operation may cause injury or void warranty.
The Site does not provide medical advice. Customers should consult a healthcare professional if they have specific needs or concerns.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Before initiating legal action, customers agree to attempt to resolve disputes with Inclusivemotion in writing.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to mediation or arbitration before any court proceedings.
