Product Information and Customer Responsibilities

Products sold on Inclusivemotion.com are specialized mobility and assistive devices.
Customers are responsible for:

• confirming the product is appropriate for their needs
• measuring doorways, hallways, vehicles, and spaces to ensure proper fit
• ensuring the user can safely operate or be assisted with the equipment
• reading and following all manufacturer safety instructions before first use

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect measurements, misunderstanding of functionality, improper operation, or change of mind.

Order Acceptance and Payment Terms

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance.
We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including inaccurate information, suspected fraud, stock limitations, or failure to verify identity.

Payment must be made using the methods provided at checkout.

If an error in pricing occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times provided on the Site are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or logistical factors.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted, or recalled.
Freight shipments cannot be stopped while in transit.

For international orders, customers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, and any additional fees charged by customs or the carrier.
Packages refused or abandoned due to unpaid import fees cannot be refunded.

Warranty

Products sold on Inclusivemotion.com are covered by manufacturer-backed warranties as described in our Warranty Policy.

Warranty claims require documentation (photos, videos, serial numbers, etc.) and must follow the official process. Warranty coverage does not include misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or damage occurring after delivery.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

By placing an order, you acknowledge your obligation to review and comply with these policies.

Returns are limited to cases where the product is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the description on our Site.
We do not accept returns for sizing errors, suitability concerns, or changes in personal circumstances.

Chargeback Policy

You agree to contact us first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks filed for reasons that violate our posted policies—such as shipping timelines, inability to cancel after dispatch, or buyer’s remorse—will be disputed using:

• proof of delivery

• communication records
• product descriptions and specifications acknowledged at purchase

Submitting false or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions, reporting to payment processors or authorities, and additional action if necessary.

Third-Party Manufacturers

Inclusivemotion does not manufacture the products sold on the Site.
All products are manufactured by third-party suppliers. Specifications, safety details, certifications, and warranties originate from these manufacturers.

We ensure the product matches the description at the time of sale based on information provided by the supplier.
We are not responsible for design changes, production delays, or manufacturer variations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inclusivemotion is not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• loss of data, revenue, or use
• personal injury resulting from misuse or unsafe operation
• delays caused by third-party carriers or customs
• assembly or service call costs
• damage resulting from negligence or failure to follow instructions

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.

Legal Disclaimer

Improper use, modifications, exceeding weight limits, or unsupervised operation may cause injury or void warranty.

Dispute Resolution
