Cancellation Policy

At Inclusivemotion, each order is prepared individually and often shipped directly from our manufacturer through international freight carriers. Because of this process, cancellations are time-sensitive.

This policy explains when an order can be canceled and when it cannot.

Before the Order Ships

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us right away at info@inclusivemotion.com or through our live chat during business hours.

If the order has not yet entered the dispatch or preparation stage, we can cancel it and issue a refund.

We always do our best to accommodate early cancellation requests.


Once the Order Enters the Dispatch Process

When your order moves into the “Preparing for Shipment” phase, freight preparations begin:

  • export documents

  • carrier booking

  • packaging

  • handoff to the warehouse or courier

At this stage, the order can no longer be canceled, even if the tracking number has not yet been generated.

These steps involve third-party logistics that cannot be reversed once started.


After the Order Has Shipped

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible under any circumstances.

International freight cannot be stopped, rerouted, or returned to the sender while in transit. This includes situations such as:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect measurements

  • personal or medical circumstances

  • no longer needing the equipment

  • unexpected delivery timing

  • ordering by mistake

Our support team is available to help, but we are unable to reverse shipments already in motion.


Requests Made After Delivery

If your order has already been delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for information about damage or defect claims.


Processing of Approved Cancellations

If your order is eligible for cancellation, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take 5–10 business days to process.
