Warranty Policy

Last updated: May 15, 2025

At Inclusivemotion, we supply specialized mobility and medical-use equipment designed to support independence, comfort, and daily living. Because these products must function safely and reliably, each item includes a manufacturer-backed warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

This page explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to make a warranty claim.

What Our Warranty Covers

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, most Inclusivemotion products include a 12-month limited warranty that covers:

  • Structural frame defects

  • Mechanical components (motors, lift systems)

  • Electrical components

  • Remote controls

  • Essential hardware and included accessories

Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal, intended use.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or neglect

  • Improper assembly or installation

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, faded surfaces, worn pads)

  • Water damage or liquid exposure

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Damage caused by exceeding weight limits or incorrect sizing

  • Damage discovered after the warranty window

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect function

  • Consumable parts (batteries, cushions, pads—unless noted otherwise)

  • Shipping damage not reported within the required timeframe

If the equipment has been used in a way not intended or specified, the warranty becomes void.

Warranty Period

Unless listed differently on the product page, the standard warranty period is:

• 12 months on structure & mechanical parts
• 6–12 months on electrical components (depending on model)
• 3–6 months on accessories & remotes

(When you receive final supplier details, we will update this section.)
